Following an enquiry one of our advisers will make initial contact via telephone to introduce themselves and the firm to you. The purpose of this call will be to obtain more information regarding the nature of your enquiry, our ability to assist you with it and establish whether moving things forward to an initial consultation would be mutually beneficial.
Assuming this is the case your adviser will then organise a face to face meeting with you at either at one of our offices, your home or your place of work.
We offer two initial consultations that are at our cost.
The first meeting will start with a detailed introduction to Halcyon Wealth, where we sit in the market place, our specific areas of expertise and the benefits of working with one of our professional advisers.
The majority of this meeting, however, will consist of gathering information on your personal, professional and financial circumstances while understanding your needs in order for us to tailor our advice to your specific objectives.
If further research is required into the intricacies of your existing pensions, investments or financial planning products then we may ask you to sign a “Letter of Authority”. This, of course, does not commit you to anything but does allow us to contact your existing product providers on your behalf, gather information and perform analysis in the interim period between first and second meeting.
We will then invite you back in for your follow up meeting, again at our cost, which will consist of a detailed presentation of our bespoke recommendation to you.
By the end of your second meeting we aim to put you in a position where you fully understand our recommendations, the clear reasons behind them, the significant benefits they will have on your financial situation and the associated costs of implementing them so you can make a fully informed decision on how you would like to proceed.
