Professional Financial Advice
Halcyon Wealth is part of the Quilter Financial Planning Group of financial advisers. Quilter Financial Planning is one of the largest networks in the country with over 3,300 Financial Advisers and offers an established framework of support for financial advice. Quilter itself has an excellent track record of delivering robust customer solutions and is a company with real financial strength that offers long-term security for all clients.
The financial world can be extremely complex. Analysing and monitoring the enormous diversity of products, funds, wrappers and platforms is time consuming and costly – cost that ultimately finds its way to you, the end consumer.
Having worked with a wide range of clients in all areas of financial planning it became clear to our firm that using a tailored range of handpicked solutions, utilising some of the most modern and efficient products available would alleviate this problem.
So, by restricting our comprehensive advice service to a carefully chosen yet comprehensive range of products and providers, we are able to remove that complexity and therefore keep costs low, and focus on providing great service. Furthermore, if an occasion ever arises where we are unable to meet any specific need you might have via our chosen providers, we are able to search the broader market for an appropriate solution.
We believe this approach offers our clients the best of both worlds: a first-class range of providers and products designed to meet the vast majority of their needs at a reduced cost, with the capability to look wider should the need arise. The analysis is carried out centrally at Quilter Financial Planning to ensure the offer is of the highest quality, and that it remains up to date and appropriate to meet your needs now and in the future.
We strive to make the complex world of financial services clear, simple and specifically tailored for you. We use a four-step process to develop your financial plans, which can be adapted to suit your personal needs:
- Understanding You
- Bespoke Planning
Our initial consultation is dedicated to finding out about you and your circumstances, reviewing your existing financial situation and understanding your needs. Whatever your objective; saving towards a specific goal or purchase, investing wisely to ensure you or your family’s future or to make your business more profitable, the better we know you and the more information we have allows us to make our advice more relevant and specific to your personal situation.
The initial consultation is a face-to-face meeting typically held in either our City of London Head Office, Canary Wharf Office or one of our regional offices and is equally importantly a chance for you to get to know us, make sure you understand our process, discuss the types of advice we give, how we are paid, our ongoing service proposition and how we are regulated along with any other questions you have at this stage. Rest assured, the consultation is completely non-committal and confidential with your data being entirely protected.
Following our initial meeting, we carry out a comprehensive analysis of your current position and needs.
Based upon this, we provide you with a bespoke financial planning recommendation as to how to build upon your current planning and maximize your ability to achieve your future objectives. This allows you to fully consider your options, with no obligation to proceed.
After we have made our proposal for your bespoke financial solution, you are happy with our recommendation and have decided that you would like to continue working with us, our job is to agree the level of service you require, the associated costs and then implement it in the most time efficient and cost effective way.
We firmly believe that building long-term relationships with our clients is the foundation of good financial planning and this is underpinned by our ongoing service proposition.
Depending on the level of service you prefer, we will undertake a bi-annual or annual review of your financial plan, making sure it’s still appropriate for you. We also give ongoing advice on new products, and keep you up-to-date with important changes in legislation that may affect your current position or future planning.
